How long does delivery take?
At our online shop, we partner with Royal Mail and DPD for reliable delivery services.
Our warehouse team works diligently to pick and pack your order promptly. Please note as soon as your order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
Our standard delivery charge is £4.50 per order; we offer free delivery on UK orders over £35.00. We are aiming to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
If I don't like the scent, can I return it?
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not happy with a product, you can return it within 5 days of receipt, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Please note that return postage will not be reimbursed.
Used products cannot be returned. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will refund the purchase price, delivery charge, and any return shipping costs.
To return an order, please contact us and include your full name, address, and email. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund. If the return is not due to a product fault, return postage is your responsibility.
For your protection, we recommend obtaining proof of posting when returning items. Please note, proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

How much is the international shipping cost? Do I need to pay tax?
International Order shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Please note that you are responsible for any Import or Duty costs levied in your country.
